Lib Dems leader Nick Clegg has warned consumers that the UK economic future will be poor if people aren't properly educated about the finance market and debt.
In his speech at the Youth Parliament event, Mr. Clegg spoke about the UK's rising debt under the Labour government and how very little had been done to educate the young about the various financial agreements.
He commented, "Personal finance is enormously complicated - we can't just imagine people will muddle through and magically understand APRs and SVRs and IVAs."
