With Christmas now upon us and a nation already riddled with debt problems, voluntary bankruptcy is expected to be a more common occurence.
The CAB have already released figures showing record numbers of people are contacting them everyday asking for help wth their severe financial problems.
The group reported that they get over 6,600 requests for help every single day and have no other choice than to advise voluntary bankruptcy for many.
