Student in the UK aren't getting the advice and guidance they need to stay clear of serious debt problems.
That's the view of the National Union of Students who beleive all too many young people are rushing blindly towards a seriously difficult financial future.
A spokesperson for the Union commented: "We always look to give financial advice, in that we offer students rights leaflets, money advice and those kind of things, but with financial education nothing substitutes them being sat down and [encouraged to think] about how to handle money."
